We are offering ongoing special event classes that are open to the public to demonstrate how Martial Arts helps individuals to build their strength, flexibility, confidence and focus while also reducing stress. This class will also review self-defense techniques. We also believe in the social benefits of learning and growing in a group atmosphere.
Our classes will alternate its focus to allow for Self Defence, Increased Motion & Flexibility, and Stress Reduction while adding a bit of fun and laughter.
